Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your city and courier service.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be displayed on our website or social media channels.
4. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel directly through the courier company’s website.
5. Address Accuracy

Raasessential is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or you suspect it has been lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Raasessential ships orders only within Pakistan.
